It does not provide legal advice, and its outputs are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Confirm anything that affects your rights with a licensed family-law attorney in your state. Communications with Aftervow are not legally privileged or confidential.
You must be 18 or older to use Aftervow, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
Aftervow starts with a 7-day free trial that does not require a card. After the trial, it is $4.99 per month unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled securely by our payment processor; we never store your full card details.
Use Aftervow only for your own family matters and in a lawful way. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or try to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.
